GRATA International assisted in preparation of the EBRD Transition Report

GRATA International assisted European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in preparation of the EBRD Transition Report on the legal and regulatory framework of state-owned companies across the EBRD regions, including regulation of corporate governance, title to assets, procurement, financing (including granting subsidies), disclosure, compliance, insolvency, reorganization and liquidation.

GRATA's team included lawyers from several jurisdictions of GRATA's operation: Georgia (Irakli Kordzakhia, Sofia Roinishvili and Nanuka Chkuaseli), Kazakhstan (Marina Kahiani, Shaimerden Chikanayev, Lola Abdukhalykova and Dilbar Kasymova), Kyrgyzstan (Kanat Seidaliev, Nurlan Kyshtobaev, Meder Akeneev and Tamirlan Muktarov), Moldova (Igor Popa and Vasile Gherasim), Mongolia (Bolormaa Volodya, Yanjmaa Bumtsend and Buyanjargal Tungalag) and Turkey (Ali Ceylan and Gokmen Baspinar).
