Cancellation of duties for state
registration of legal entities and
individual entrepreneurs

Federal Law No. 234-FZ of July 29, 2013 amended the Tax Code of the Russian Federation providing for the cancellation of the state duties for state registration of:

- legal entity (currently the fee is 4 thousand rubles);

- changes to the constituent documents, as well as liquidation of the company's legal entity outside the bankruptcy procedure (currently - 800 rubles);

- individual entrepreneur (currently - 800 rubles);

- termination of the activities of an individual entrepreneur (currently - 160 rubles),

in the event that the documents for the relevant registration actions are submitted to the authorised inspection of the Federal Tax Service of Russian Federation in the form of electronic documents.

The amendments come into force on January 1, 2019.
