GRATA International held a seminar on labor legislation issues

The speakers of seminar were Igor Lukin and Marina Kolesnikova, Heads of the Labour Law Department. 

The seminar program  included a review and discussion of the main innovations that the employer should pay attention to, including:

• new responsibilities of the employer;
• electronic labor contracts;
• increased employer liability for violation of the deadlines for payment of amounts due to the employee;
• expanding the range of individual labor disputes that are referred immediately to the court, by passing the conciliation commission.  

More than 40 people took part in the seminar, there were representatives of such companies as «Imperial Tobacco Kazakhstan» LLP, First International Petroleum Corporation Limited, Danone Central Asia and Caucasus, Home Credit & Finance Bank, «METRO Cash & Carry» LLP , OLX Group LLP, etc.
