Vladislava specializes in complex legal support of commercial companies in various sectors of the economy, as well as representing clients in court disputes and has experience in representation before state authorities.
She also provides litigation support in cases related to the protection of exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity, as well as advises on the formalization of contractual legal relations and transactions with intellectual property objects.

- Representation of the client in cases on protection of exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity and means of individualization;
- Representation of customers and suppliers in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction in disputes arising from the contract of supply, contracting, lease, etc.;
- Supporting a foreign company during registration and compliance at a crypto exchange in Belarus;
- Advising non-credit financial companies on interaction with counterparties and regulatory authorities, representing them in administrative proceedings and court disputes;
- Preparation of legal references on commercial issues for companies from various industries in St. Petersburg and other constituent entities of the Russian Federation;
- Defense of the developer's interests in legal disputes with construction participants;
- Representation of the client in a case on protection of exclusive rights to a firm name;
- Drafting license agreements, trademark alienation agreements, necessary organizational and administrative documents on protection of personal data and trade secrets;
- Preparation of documentation for the implementation of a scholarship program among the students of St. Petersburg State University to receive a scholarship from the St. Petersburg office of GRATA International.
