Aleksandra Levenkova began her career in 2007.

By 2011 her career path has gone through all the steps from a lawyer to the partner of RBL Law Office (Grata International Associated Office in Samara). In addition to providing legal services for clients, the bureau is engaged in teaching, and also pays great attention to pro bono social projects, in which the bureau is awarded with the Legal Success and PILnet award for providing free legal assistance.

For several years she has been hosting various charity events (LegalRun charity race, Law School in Samara), as well as professional legal conferences and forums (Volga Legal Forum, IPLF LegalForum).

  • Successful representation in arbitral courts of a commercial organization in relation to the plea of nullity of legal regulations issued by the Volga Territorial Authority in the field of provision of aeronautical information;
  • successful representation of the interests of one of the largest oil producing companies of the Russian Federation in arbitral courts for tax claims related to the use of reduction factors in calculating the mining tax levels;
  • extrajudicial counselling and successful representation of the interests of a large oil company in arbitral courts challenging the ownership rights of the oil rig;
  • representation of interests together with a foreign law firm in an insurance dispute between foreign companies and a Russian insurance company in the arbitral courts of the Russian Federation to recover an insurance premium;
  • counselling an official distributor of a German appliance manufacturer on issues related to the structuring of a number of transactions and minimizing the risks of internal claims;
  • long-term cooperation with “Give Life” charity organisation on a pro bono basis;
  • counselling a non-profit organization on holding public events to protect an architectural monument and preserving it under the protection of UNESCO;
  • counselling a representative of a non-profit organization on legal issues related to the transfer of a municipal site to the operational management of the All-Russian Museum Association "State Tretyakov Gallery" and possible legal risks associated with mandates addressed to it;
