Benefits and Advantages of 'Redomiciliation and the Russian Open Ship Register'
In certain cases, it becomes difficult or even impossible for the Russian beneficiary to carry out previous activities in foreign jurisdictions and the question of liquidating the company arises on the agenda, which entails certain legal consequences: severance of established relationships with business partners, termination of assumed obligations, dismissal of employees.
