On 16 March 2018, a seminar on the Application of international forms of FIDIC construction contracts was held by Yerzhan Yessimkhanov, Partner and Director of Transport, Telecommunication, Construction and Infrastructure practice of GRATA International.

Structure, types, and specific features of the application of FIDIC contracts in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan were discussed during the seminar.

Representatives of leading state, international and private construction companies, including the National Project Management Agency, Uzbekenergo, Uzgidroenergo, State Investment Committee, the Ministry of Justice, Lukoil, Gazprom, Worley Parsons and others have attended the seminar.
