Working with the new refinancing rate
On March 1, 2023, the refinancing rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus was lowered to 11% per annum (previously it was 11.5%). According to the National Bank, the rate will drop to 10.5% per annum from April 3rd (https://www.nbrb.by/press/14226).
For reference: the refinancing rate affects the rates on loans, deposits, and the interbank market.
