The Ministry of Investment of Uzbekistan and the Eximbank of Korea signed an agreement for USD 74 million

There was held a meeting at the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade with the delegation of the Eximbank of Korea, led by the Director of Financial Operations, Ch. Yoon-soo, as well as with representatives of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, a high level of interest of the business circles of both countries in the development of bilateral cooperation in the field of healthcare was noted.

In particular, a cooperation project on equipping a number of regional medical institutions in the amount of USD 74 million was signed.

The main objective of the project is the modernization of more than 150 medical institutions in the regions of the Republic, mainly in remote areas and rural areas, equipping with modern high-tech equipment, providing auxiliary medical materials and tools.
