The GRATA International case is recognized among the outstanding cases of 2023 that changed the legal landscape

On April 5, the XX Legal Forum was held in Moscow, hosted by the Vedomosti newspaper.

The highlight of the forum was the award ceremony, during which outstanding cases that had a significant impact on the legal landscape were recognized, based on the results of the study "The CASE by Legal Insight".

The case of GRATA International Kazakhstan on the re-domicile of one of the world's largest mining conglomerates - Polymetal International from Jersey Island to the jurisdiction of the Astana International Financial Center took 2nd place in the nomination "Terra incognita: for the development of new fields of knowledge".

The project was the first case of relocation of a listed company and the third case of re-domicile to the AIFC. GRATA International Partners Baizhan Bekzhanov and Maxim Burak, as well as Counsel Aruzhan Aimak, worked on this project.
