Tatiana Karkhaleva became a new partner of GRATA International St. Petersburg

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Partner and Head of the Intellectual Property Practice Tatyana Karkhaleva as an Associate Partner in the St. Petersburg office.

Tatiana previously worked at RBL Advocates, and during her tenure she has established herself as a highly qualified intellectual property law specialist.

"My specialisation includes complex management of companies' intellectual property: from identification and registration of intellectual property objects to their protection in disputable situations. I pay special attention to legal support of IT projects and innovative technological solutions. A separate area of practice will be advising on artificial intelligence, a new legal area that requires a deep understanding of technological processes and a special legal approach," said Tatiana Karhalyova.
