This act approved the following lists of:
Goods subject to rapid deterioration in respect of which customs operations are carried out as a matter of priority;
Goods towards which postponement of payment of import customs duties and payment import customs duties by installments may be provided;
Medical supplies and specialized food products of dietary medical nutrition, imported into the customs territory of the EurAsEC in Belarus in international postal items and (or) delivered by the carrier to individuals suffering from certain incurable diseases.
