Act provides some regulation on performance of currency operations with the use of electronic information systems (payment platform) of non-residents were regulated.

In particular a list of cases when payments for import can be performed not from the accounts of importers but in other ways.

For example, non-residents can deduct their remuneration when providing services to Belarusian companies on receiving payments intended for Belarusian companies which sell goods (render services, perform works) in Belarus for individuals.
