Partner of GRATA International Kamoliddin Mukhamedov provided comprehensive legal support for the market entry of Starlink in Tajikistan

Kamoliddin Mukhamedov, Partner of GRATA International Tajikistan, provided full legal support for the registration and market entry of a leading international company operating in the telecommunications and high-technology sector.

Within the project, Kamoliddin Mukhamedov advised on the incorporation of a legal entity and the establishment of the company’s physical presence in Tajikistan. He conducted a comprehensive analysis of tax implications and labor law requirements, and prepared a detailed memorandum on licensing requirements applicable to the relevant industry.

He also supported the selection and appointment of key management personnel, including the company’s director, and provided full legal сопровождение of the establishment of a limited liability company.

The scope of services included:

• state registration of the company;
• opening of a bank account;
• registration with competent state authorities;
• obtaining access to state electronic systems for tax and statistical reporting;
• preparation of the employment agreement with the director;
• support of corporate and regulatory procedures at the commencement stage.

The engagement was carried out in full compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
