We are pleased to announce the outcome of the AIFC Law Pro Bono Office online activities

From December 2 to December 15, 2020, 3 free online sessions were held and clients were advised on the AIFC Law by volunteer lawyers of GRATA International in Nur-Sultan, represented by Partner Liya Akzhanova and Counsel Ainur Takeyeva.

Pro bono clients were advised on several matters about the AIFC and its unique legal framework as follows:

• Competitive advantages for registered Participants at the AIFC;
• Process of establishing a branch office for the companies incorporated or formed outside the AIFC;
• Key points of AIFC HR Law compared with Kazakhstan legislation;
• Jurisdiction of the AIFC Court over disputes.
