On determining the procedure for registration of medicinal products for medical use

Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated March 7, 2023 No. 136 approved the Procedure for State Registration of Medicines for Medical Use. The procedure defines the procedures for state registration, confirmation of registration of medicines, making changes to the registration dossier of a medicinal product, determining the criteria for confidentiality of information contained in the registration dossier of a medicinal product, conducting an accelerated procedure for registering medicines, forming and maintaining the State Register of Medicines of the Kyrgyz Republic, issuing a registration certificate on state registration of a medicinal product, suspension of validity and cancellation of a registration certificate.

It has been established that the registration of medicines in accordance with the Procedure is carried out until December 31, 2023, the validity of registration certificates of medicines issued in accordance with the Procedure is set no later than December 31, 2025, confirmation of registration and amendments to the registration dossier of the medicinal product in accordance with the Procedure is also carried out until December 31, 2025.
