In Uzbekistan, the number of licenses and permits for entrepreneurs will be halved

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan proposed to create a Fiscal Institute under the Tax Committee and instructed the Ministry of Justice, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Business Ombudsman to halve the number of licenses and permits required by entrepreneurs by  March 1.

Moreover, the President proposed to develop a draft law "On small and medium-sized business entities" and to provide criteria for small and medium-sized business entities, as well as incentive mechanism.

The President announced the introduction of a new system for providing open and reliable data on land plots for entrepreneurs in each region. Therefore, a map with data on land plots, empty buildings and structures, their cost and terms of purchase will be available online at any time and in any region.
