New edition of the textbook ‘International Commercial Arbitration’

In autumn 2024, a new edition of the textbook ‘International Commercial Arbitration’ was presented at the VII All-Russian Forum on Alternative Dispute Resolution. The book was published by the editorial office of the ‘Treteyskiy sud’ magazine with the support of Vladimir Komarov, Managing Partner of GRATA International St. Petersburg.

The third edition of the textbook deals with general provisions on international commercial arbitration, the details of functioning of its institution and concepts, national and foreign sources of regulation, as well as procedural peculiarities and possibilities of participants.

The textbook will become an essential textbook for undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as a practical guide for advocates and lawyers representing the interests of parties in arbitration.
