Legal Working Group was held

CCIFK held a meeting of the Legal Working Group at the offices of GRATA International Law Firm in Almaty and Nur-Sultan

On September 12, 2019 at the office of GRATA International Law Firm in Almaty and Nur-Sultan Legal Working Group meeting was held. 

The event was attended by heads and employees of legal departments of the companies - members of the CCIFK (Food Master, Danone, SB Capital, US Consulate Almaty and others).

The speaker was Timur Berekmoinov, Trademark Attorney of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Senior Lawyer of the Intellectual Property Department of GRATA International.

Such aspects of intellectual property protection as intellectual property protection were considered and discussed at the meeting:

- Intellectual property protection procedures.

- Border Protection Mechanism (BSM).

- Examples of imitations of intellectual property.

- Problems of protection of rights to volumetric trademarks in TROIS

and others.
