On May 27, 2020, an online webinar of the European Business Association of Kazakhstan was held on the topic: "Changes in the legislation and practice of considering legal disputes on the issues of recognition of transactions as invalid by state revenue authorities"

The following issues were considered on the webinar:

• Legal regulation
• Signs of doubtful transactions
• Analysis of judicial practice
• Review of changes to the Normative Decree of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan on tax legislation

Representatives of companies such as: British American Tobacco, Baker & McKenzie, Philips, Mars Wrigley Confectionary, Grant Thornton etc. were attended the webinar.
