Harmonization of international and national technical regulations

Currently, some technical regulations of the Customs Union are in force in the EAEU.

On December 29, 2021, the decision of the EEC Board No. 77 of 29.06.2021 will enter into force, which will approve the list of international and regional standards, in their absence – national ones, as a result of which the application of the requirements of TR CU 020/2011 "Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means" is ensured voluntarily.

For example, the paragraph 2 and 3 of Article 4 of the TR CU "Hardware electromagnetic compatibility" corresponds to GOST 30324.1.2-2010 (sec. 3 and 36).
