Gulnur Nurkeyeva, the Director of  GRATA International China office, participated in the 6th LSEG Capital Markets China Conference held in Beijing. It was organized by the London Stock Exchange Plc, LSEG, which opened its representative office in China in 2008. Among the guests of the event were heads of investment banks, law firms, listing companies, as well as representatives of other branches of the financial services sector. Julia Hoggett, CEO of the London Stock Exchange, delivered a welcoming speech. There were presentations on M&A transactions, the state of the securities market in Mainland China and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. During the panel sessions, participants discussed cross-border depositary receipts, in particular global and Chinese DRs, investor relations, and ESG.

Julia Hoggett also met with Saltanat Satzhan, Managing Director for Development and Privatization of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
