Kamila Urazalina, a Senior Associate of GRATA International spoke at the "Tax, Customs & Law" working group meeting

On November 12, 2020, an online meeting on the topic: "Certain aspects of technical regulation in the customs clearance of goods" at the German Economy Union in Kazakhstan was held.

Within the framework of the meeting of the working group "Taxes, customs & law", the following issues were considered:

• Features of confirmation of conformity during customs declaration;

• Practice in the field of technical regulation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Declaration of samples for the purposes of confirmation of conformity;
• Recommendations.

The webinar was attended by representatives of the following companies: BASF, Henkel, GIZ Kazakhstan, DHL.
