Hukuk Consulting, an associated office of GRATA International in Turkmenistan, participated in the Turkmenistan Investment Forum 2025 (TIF 2025), held on 18–19 September 2025 in the National Tourist Zone “Awaza.”
The forum served as a key platform for investment promotion, experience sharing, and building partnerships aimed at accelerating sustainable economic growth and diversification in Turkmenistan and the wider Central Asian region.
Under the theme “National Potential, Global Partnerships,” discussions focused on Turkmenistan’s investment attractiveness, energy resilience and development of its fuel and energy complex, new trends in construction and industry, transport and logistics infrastructure, climate-resilient agriculture and food processing, digital and green transformations, access to new trade markets, public-private partnerships, climate-change mitigation and resilient infrastructure, and the country’s strategic course toward economic diversification.
The forum was attended by high-level representatives from the United Nations, World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, International Finance Corporation, Islamic Development Bank Group, Petronas, Dragon Oil and other major international institutions and companies, underlining its global importance.
Ikbal Said Alauddin, Managing Partner, and Serdar Amanov, Senior Associate, represented GRATA International Turkmenistan at TIF 2025, actively engaging with key stakeholders, exploring cooperation opportunities, and highlighting the firm’s legal expertise in supporting investment projects and facilitating cross-border business in Turkmenistan.
By participating, GRATA International Turkmenistan reaffirmed its commitment to supporting initiatives that attract foreign investment, modernize the regulatory framework, and promote a favorable business environment across key sectors. TIF 2025 underscored Turkmenistan’s openness to international cooperation and created new opportunities for innovation, investment, and long-term partnerships in the region.
