GRATA International Russia became the first authorized agent in Russia for the tax residency program under the Investment Tax Residency of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC)
The Russian office was then able to provide foreign citizens with the opportunity to obtain an investment visa and tax residency in Kazakhstan on favorable terms.
The advantages of the program included:
- Exemption from taxation on foreign income of the investor and income from investments under the program.
- Early visa/temporary residence permit (for up to 5 years) for the investor and their family members.
- Highly liquid investment instruments available for investment.
- The "90-day stay rule" in Kazakhstan for obtaining a tax residency certificate, which simplified the process
- Unlimited entry and the ability to live, work, and study in Kazakhstan.
The program offered exemption from taxation on foreign income and income from investments. Participation in the program was available exclusively through authorized agents.
