GRATA International receives AIFC license

GRATA International receives AIFC license

We are pleased to announce that on April 26, the branch office of GRATA International was registered on the territory of the Astana International Financial Center (AIFC) in accordance with common law and received a license No. АFSA-A-LA-2019-0010.

This license enables GRATA International to expand its field of activity, namely, to provide legal and advisory services on the territory of the AIFC to the bodies and participants of the AIFC.

The branch of GRATA International is also entitled to receive benefits provided to participants of the AIFC in accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the International Financial Center “Astana” dated December 7, 2015, No. 438-V ZRK, including in the form of applying a special tax regime.

Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) is a financial hub for Central Asia, the Caucasus, EAEU, the Middle East, West China, Mongolia, and Europe. The AIFC operates within a special legal regime based on Common Law, which regulates the legal relationships between AIFC participants and third parties and is aimed at the development of the financial market.
