GRATA International in a research of the most significant M&A deals for the Russian market

The research is devoted to M&A deals recognized as significant for the Russian market in 2024.

The Kommersant Publishing House selected and systematized the deals submitted by law firms that, according to the editorial board, most clearly reflect capital flow trends for the period from January to November 2024.

The research was conducted on transactions in 22 industries: IT, mining, light industry, machine building, metallurgy, food industry, other industries, communications, agriculture, media, sports, insurance, construction and development, TMT, trade (FMCG), transportation, fuel and energy, services, financial institutions, pharmaceuticals, chemical and petrochemical industry, electric power. A maximum of five projects have been identified for each sector.
