GRATA International China shortlisted for Asian Legal Business China Law Awards 2022

We are pleased to announce that two of GRATA International Beijing office’s successful projects have been shortlisted as deal category finalists at the 19 th Annual SSQ ALB China Law Awards 2022 - the pre-eminent legal awards in China.

The 2022 deal category finalists of GRATA International Beijing office are:
1. Equity Deals – Premium: Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. B-share to H-share project;
2. Energy Deals - Kazakhstan Boguty Tungsten Mine's Equity and Debt Financing Project.

These projects in Kazakhstan were recognized as the landmark China-related deals of 2022. GRATA’s team on these projects was GRATA China team led by Gulnur Nurkeeva, head of China Office.

The ALB China Law Awards recognize the best law firms, legal talents and outstanding performances of China's legal service industry across more than 40 categories. This year, the Awards received more than 1000 nominations from more than 200 law firms and in-houses teams, covering multiple practice areas of China legal market. These prestigious awards will pay tribute to the outstanding performance of private practitioners and in-house teams in China.

The award ceremony of ALB China Law Awards is an annual legal event. The event will bring together legal and business elites across China. Winners will be announced at the black-tie gala dinner and awards ceremony on Thursday, 21 July, 2022 in Beijing.
