GRATA International Belarus joined the International online conference on corporate law

On February 28, 2023 GRATA International held the online-conference "Corporate governance and M&A in GRATA International operating countries: Belarus, Georgia, Mongolia, Russia, Uzbekistan”.

Managing Partner Dmitry Viltovksy and Junior associate Violetta Liudchyk participated in the first section with the topic "Advantages and disadvantages of signing corporate agreements in commercial companies".

Colleagues presented a comparative analysis of the "advantages and disadvantages" of signing corporate agreements under Belarusian law for business.
