GRATA International and CCIFK held a meeting of the working group on legal issues

On the May 22, 2019, GRATA International, together with the CCIFK, held a meeting of the working group on legal issues in the cities of Almaty and Nur-Sultan for managers and employees of legal departments of companies - members of the TPPFK. 

The speaker was Bakhyt Tukulov - Partner, Head of Dispute Resolution Department of GRATA International Law Firm. The main topic of the meeting: "Main basic practical points of dispute resolution".

The meeting discussed and discussed such aspects of dispute resolution as:
• Choice of the place of resolution of the dispute (court or arbitration);
• Preliminary stage;
• Pre-trial procedure (change in amount);
• Filing a lawsuit;
• And others

Representatives of such large companies as Food Master, Zhambyl Cement, Soufflet, etc. took part in the meeting.
