Lawyers of GRATA International Almaty office spoke at the Working Group "Taxes, Logistics & Law" hosted by the German Economy Union in the Republic of Kazakhstan

On February 22, 2022 the meeting of the working group "Taxes, Logistics & Law" was held at the Representative Office of the German Economy in Central Asia.

During the meeting, Askar Konysbayev, Partner and Zhandarbek Ramazan, Counsel of GRATA International, Litigation Department, discussed the Processes of Administrative procedural and process-related code (APPC) following the results of a six-month practice of introducing the APPC into force.

The following issues were covered:

• APPC - the consequences of the introduction into force (introduced from July 1, 2021)
• Administrative procedure
• Administrative Proceeding
• Practical aspects (statistics for half a year).
