GRATA International Advises Turkic Investment Fund on Its First USD 10 Million Loan to KMF Bank to Support MSMEs in Kazakhstan

GRATA's Banking & Finance team advised the Turkic Investment Fund on the Kazakh law aspects of a USD 10 million loan to KMF Bank JSC, aimed at supporting micro, small and medium-sized enterprises across Kazakhstan.

The transaction represents a significant milestone, marking the very first project implemented by TIF since its establishment.

The Kazakh law aspects of the financing were led by Marina Kahiani (Partner), Sakzhan Kanafin (Associate) and Zhan Jumaliyev (Junior Associate).
