Oksana Shakhlai, lawyer, head of the labor law practice of GRATA International, Belarus, during the international online conference held by GRATA International, which took place from December 7th until December 9th and dedicated to labor law, made a presentation on the topic “Employment of foreign citizens in Belarus. Practice and Features of Legislation ".
Oksana spoke about the sojourn status of foreigners in Belarus, presented an algorithm of actions on the procedure for obtaining a permit to attract foreign labor and a special permit to engage in labor activity, and also explained the procedure and specifics of concluding an employment contract with a foreign citizen.
