Natalia Zhuk, Senior Associate, Head of Foreign Economic Practice of GRATA International, Belarus took part in the international online conference hosted by GRATA International "Recognition and enforcement of court decisions and arbitral awards" on October 29, 2020.

In the course of Natalia's report on the topic "Peculiarities of recognition and execution authorization of decisions of foreign courts in civil cases in Belarus ", not only the procedural features of recognition and authorization of enforcement of these decisions in Belarus were highlighted but based on specialist's own experience, possible risks in execution of decisions in Belarus were identified, recommendations for conference participants to minimize such risks were given.
