Dilorom Yuldasheva took the position of Partner at GRATA International Uzbekistan

We are happy to announce the promotion of Dilorom Yuldasheva to the Partner position at GRATA International Uzbekistan effective August 21, 2023. 

Dilorom leads the Corporate Practice in the Uzbekistan office of GRATA International.  Dilorom’s team consists of nine young and motivated legal professionals, including Senior Associates, Associates and Junior Associates.  Dilorom and her team handle complex M&A transactions, legal due diligence, company registration, employment matters, daily interactions with government agencies, negotiations with Government authorities, IP matters, etc.  

Dilorom is an active, competent, and dynamically developing professional and effective leader. She has considerable knowledge and experience in corporate, commercial, employment, intellectual property and other areas of law.

The major clients Dilorom and her team have been assisting are Hyundai Auto Asia, Astana Motors, Allur Auto, Accor Hotels, Coca-Cola Uzbekistan, Knauf, etc. 

Dilorom joined GRATA in early 2019 and during this relatively short period of time, she managed to build strong relationships with her team and clients, demonstrating high responsiveness and quality work.
