On February 20, Aruzhan Aimak, Counsel at GRATA International Law Firm in Nur-Sultan, gave a lecture on the main legal aspects of starting and doing business for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. The lecture was held in Almaty as part of a course for the business community led by entrepreneur Larion Liang, founder of the IC Group holding, member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) international business club.
As part of the lecture, beginners and existing entrepreneurs learned about the legal formalities of starting a business, the features of corporate governance, as well as common legal mistakes made in practice when doing business.
