The amendments (effective as of 08 February 2019) are about the possibility to register the changes in the foundation and registration documents of an LLC via submission of an electronic application to the webpage of Ministry of Taxes. The electronic application and other documents enclosed to it should be confirmed (certified) by electronic/digital signatures of the founders and legal representative of the LLC. If the application and attached documents do not contradict the requirements of legislation, the Ministry of Taxes registers the changes and within three days sends the confirmation documents to the e-cabinet of the LLC. The hard copies of the changed registration documents can also be requested. These provisions also apply to the LLCs with foreign investment.
