In accordance with Law on Deposits’ Full Insurance, the Azerbaijani Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF) insures all eligible deposits regardless of the amount of the deposits in AZN or foreign currency for three years period (until March 1st, 2019) with the upper limit of annual interest rate of 3 % on insured deposits in foreign currency and 12% in the national currency.

According to the Amendments made to Law on Deposits’ Full Insurance dated 19 February 2019, the term of full insurance has been extended for one more year (i.e. up to March 1st, 2020).
