From the 1st of February 2016 Aigul Sabyr has started her work at GRATA International as a new Partner, responsible for cooperation and communications with other law firms.
Before coming to GRATA International Aigul has gained an extensive experience of legal practice while working in such industries as FMCG, telecommunications and investment.
Aigul has completed her undergraduate law studies at the Kazakh State Law University(1999). Also Aigul has received her LLM degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam (2004) and MSc degree from London School of Economics and Political Science(2013).
Aigul has got expertise in areas of commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance. Her recent deals include advising drilling company on IPO on London Stock Exchange, advising Chinese investor on financing infrastructure development project worth 90 mln USD in Kazakhstan and legal support in merger and acquisition transactions for multinational companies in spheres of banking, telecommunications, franchising and media.
