What will change in labor legislation in the near future?

At present, the draft Law "On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Labor Issues" is being discussed.

Today any successful company pays serious attention to issues of labor regulation, we want to tell you about what changes are supposed to be made in the labor legislation of Kazakhstan in the near future.

The speakers of seminar will be Igor Lukin and Marina Kolesnikova, Heads of the Labour Law Department.

The seminar program will include a review and discussion of the main innovations that the employer should pay attention to, including:

• new responsibilities of the employer;
• electronic labor contracts;
• increased employer liability for violation of the deadlines for payment of amounts due to the employee;
• expanding the range of individual labor disputes that are referred immediately to the court, by passing the conciliation commission.
