Vladimir Komarov spoke at the St. Petersburg Dialogue forum in Baku

On December 9, Vladimir Komarov, Managing Partner of GRATA International St. Petersburg, Director of the Practical Law Education Center, took part in the forum “St. Petersburg Dialogue” in Baku.

In his speech Vladimir Komarov stressed the importance of creating educational centers that can become a link between the theoretical knowledge of students and the real challenges they will face in their professional life.

GRATA International St. Petersburg and “OBRAZETS” Educational Center actively support initiatives to develop educational programs and are determined to expand cooperation with educational institutions to train highly qualified specialists in the field of jurisprudence and law.
