A Draft of a new Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan is currently under discussion.

Being aware that today any successful company pays serious attention to issues of legal regulation of environmental protection, we would like to tell you about the current dispute resolution practice in relation to waste management and what changes are provided for in this area by the draft of Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
