Master class ‘Topic issues of disputes complicated by a foreign element’ at Educational Center of Practical Law ‘OBRAZETS’ from leading experts

On November 28, the Educational Center of Practical Jurisprudence ‘OBRAZETS’ on the basis of St. Petersburg State University with the support of GRATA International St. Petersburg organized a master class ‘Topical issues of disputes complicated by a foreign element’ from leading attorneys of the litigation and arbitration practice of the law firm EPAM.

Maya Chokoraya, Senior Associate of the Judicial Arbitration Practice, and Diana Kevorkova, Junior Associate of the judicial arbitration practice, shared their experience and talked about the best practices in resolving litigation disputes.

The master class was held for senior students interested in international law and dispute resolution with a foreign element. The participants had an opportunity to familiarize themselves with current trends in court practice, as well as to ask questions to experienced lawyers and discuss real cases.
