GRATA International participates in Kazakh Law Week in London

On 23-25 January British-Kazakh Law Association and the British-Kazakh Society hosted a series of legal events in collaboration with leading UK law firms and consulting firms. 

Askar Konysbayev, Head of GRATA International dispute resolution practice, shared insights on Kazakhstan’s new Asset Recovery Law, inspired by the UK’s Unexplained Wealth Orders Law, during a legal event hosted by WithersWorldwide.

Additionally, Aliya Aralbayeva, Askar Konysbayev, and Zaira Sarsenova (Kaysar)  participated in key discussions at events organised by Mishcon de Reya, Interpath Advisory, and Charles Russell Speechlys.
