GRATA International, in partnership with the British-Kazakh Society, will hold an in-person seminar in Astana (AIFC) on 16 April, focusing on “Legal Risks for Subsoil Users and Foreign Investors under the Land Law of Kazakhstan.”

The seminar will provide an overview of key legal and regulatory challenges affecting subsoil users and foreign investors, with particular attention to land law considerations, dispute risks, and practical aspects of operating within Kazakhstan’s legal environment.

The session will be led by Gani Saginbekov, Senior Associate, who will share his professional insights and experience in advising on complex land-related matters.

The working language of the seminar will be Russian. The event will also offer an opportunity for participants to engage in networking with professionals from the legal and business communities in Astana.
