GRATA International - co-organizer of Kazakhstan Legal Forum 2024

The annual Kazakhstan Legal Forum 2024 took place on 26-27 September in Almaty. This year, GRATA International co-organized the forum's section on "Mineral Resources, Mining, and Ecology."

Within this section, the following sub-sections were held:

• Legal aspects of the development of Kazakhstan's mining industry
• Improvement of legislation and law enforcement practices in the oil and gas sector
• Practice of applying the new Environmental Code
• Taxation of subsoil users: issues of legislation and law enforcement 

Speakers included representatives of government agencies, businesses, and law firms. Among the speakers were representatives of law firms, the Mining Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Chamber of Tax Consultants.
