GRATA International and CCIFK held a Seminar on Joint Ventures between foreign and local businesses

On 14 May 2026, GRATA International jointly with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry France–Kazakhstan (CCIFK) successfully held a seminar in Astana titled: “Joint Ventures Between Foreign and Local Businesses — Navigating Decision-Making and Conflict Resolution”.

The event brought together business representatives and legal professionals for an engaging discussion combined with a networking coffee session, creating an excellent platform for professional communication and exchange of experience.

The seminar was led by  Zaira Sarsenova, Partner at GRATA International, who shared practical insights and experience related to structuring and managing joint ventures involving foreign and local businesses.
