British Chamber of Commerce will host a seminar featuring GRATA International Partner

On 28 May British Chamber of Commerce together with GRATA International will host a seminar on "Business via JV between Foreign and Local Companies: Conflict Resolution" with Zaira Sarsenova as a key speaker. 

Agenda of the seminar includes: 

- Legal features (limitations) of conflict resolution arising between shareholders of the JV.
- Corporate changes that can be implemented in existing JVs to optimize the decision-making process.
- Judicial approach on unresolved deadlock.

Zaira Sarsenova, with her extensive experience in natural resources, transport, telecommunications, construction, and infrastructure, will share valuable insights gained from nearly a decade of advising both domestic and multinational corporations.

The event will be held in a format of a business breakfast or seminar with a coffee break and is free of charge.
