• Representing interests of the Belarusian wood pulp producer in a multimillion dispute arising from construction contract on a construction of a plant on a “turnkey” basis
• Representing interests of the largest Belarusian oil trader in an international arbitration court in a multimillion dispute arising out of oil transportation contract
• Representing the EU buyer in cause of the acquisition of the controlling stake of a Belarusian children’s clothing retailer (including the legal DD, obtaining the required consent for the transaction of the antimonopoly bodies of the Republic of Belarus, structuring the deal etc.)
• Representation of interests of a Belarusian subsidiary of the largest Chinese telecommunication company in the multimillion dispute with a Belarusian contractor connected with construction of one of the biggest data centers in Europe
• Representation of the interests of the Belarusian company developing security and alarm systems in the Belarusian antimonopoly body concerning the violation of trademark rights and unfair competition
• Providing legal support within assignment of the rights on software in the interests of a number of companies and residents of the High Tech Park
