The Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Amendments to the Housing Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Code)
Pursuant to the newly introduced changes, it was added a new article: Article 146.4. “state housing fund’s living areas which are not indicated in the article 146.1. are allowed to be privatized in the cases established by the relevant executive authority.
Article 146 of the Code is about Privatization of living areas of the State Housing Fund. This article states the possibility of privatization of living areas in the manner prescribed by the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic.
